Video and smartphones go hand in hand
Today nobody doubts the place that mobile devices occupy in any marketing strategy, since they are the star device through which users communicate, connect with people and consume content. The same is true for videos: 53% of global video consumption is on tiktok video download without watermark in smartphones or tablets, according to Brightcove's Global Video Index 2019.
Added to this is YouTube, the great video platform par excellence. It is the first to which businesses that want to bet on video marketing turn: 85% have used it in 2019. But LinkedIn has given the bell: despite not being the most used network, it is the one that has given the most satisfaction to the "video marketers" since 87% consider that it has been an effective channel for their strategy. And Facebook has also passed YouTube in terms of level of satisfaction with the platform, which stands at 85%.
Therefore, the growth of mobile video playback (the result of the increasing use of social networks) forces companies to be increasingly sensitive to the experience that customers have on their devices.
