The exterior surface treatment of aluminum roof panels includes two categories of natural unpainted and painted products:
1. This aluminum roof panel product is not painted on the surface of the aluminum panel, does not require high surface appearance, and is cheap.
2. Coating products: According to the coating process, it is divided into: powder coated aluminum sheet products and pre-coated coated aluminum sheets;
According to the type of coating, it can be divided into: polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, modified silicone, epoxy resin, fluorocarbon, etc. , as far as possible to extend the anti-aging ability of coatings under the action of sunlight and ultraviolet rays, among which PVDF coatings (fluorocarbon coatings) have the best anti-aging properties. It is the most UV-resistant organic compound known so far. Fluorocarbon aluminum plate for roof, according to different quality requirements, adopts horizontal automatic two-coating two-bake, three-coat three-bake, four-coat four-bake roller coating process. The pre-applied PVDF coating has a resin content of 70% to 80%. It is rolled on a high-speed continuous unit through chemical pretreatment, primary coating, fine coating and other processes. The front coating is generally 25μm, and the back is coated with anti-rust paint.
