Search on Tor for onion site, then grab the link for the file (Example: www.example.onion/backup.zip)
Modify the file url and change from .onion to .onion.ly and keep the rest of the url (Example: www.example.onion.ly/backup.zip)
Go to a file hosting that has remote upload active and accept large files and paste the url for upload.
Share or download the file after upload.
Using this trick anyone can upload rare or less accessable files to the clear web.
