Hi friends,
I am sorry I am sending the agenda so late.
Me culpa.
Anyway, old place old time - 12 o cock, 5.73 tomorrow.
We have a few things to discuss, obviously of course the on
going of the project itself, but also some other things.
I really expect that by now all of you have read Marnix'
report on the forum.
In Addition to the project matters I would like to discuss
some other things concerning the communication and
cooperation in our team.
Also we have to elect a new sub chair for the programme
committee, for today Marnix took a representing position in
a subchair meeting we had.
I hope we can sort some things out tomorro, I really feel
we are running out of time.
I am looking forward to see you tomorrow at 12 o'clock!

I forget to mention somethings...
We also need to discuss the following,
also according to Ms Hernandez!
-Preparation of logistics
-Confirmation of sponsors (money, flowers, decoration)
-Revising the progress of the programme and plan B
-Setting up deadlines and revision of the planning
- Communication issues

Hello, Hello you project people!
I wish you all a happy new year and hope you were enjoying
your holidays a lot.
On Monday we have the first exam in Writing for European
Professionals from 13:00 to 14:30.
I suggest that we should have a short meeting after that
for the project. I know we all need to study, but just to
update us, because there are plenty news.
So let's say we meet by 15 o'clock in this kind of lounge
on the 5th floor. Then we can see if a room is availible,
if not we just have pur short meeting straight there.
AGENDA:
1) Programme:
Guestspeaker; I did not hear anything from the Programme
Committee about Generation Next. But I know Amy and Marnix
most likely have revealed a Plan B. See the Forum

Information.
2) Sponsorers:
Amy and Shirley found some sponsorers for us - great!
3) other matters arising
I really dont plan to spend more than one hour on this,
because I know we all have an exam the next day.
Hope this is convenient with all of you.
Once again, feel encouraged to use the Forum, it can save
us a lot of time.
