In 2003, China accounted for 63% of the EU wood flooring import market, the same level last year. Although the total imports of wood flooring plastic wood grain panel material in the EU has increased in 2014, but still far below the 2005 to 2008 record level. EU wood flooring import market has not yet out of the economic crisis during the trough.
It is reported that during the economic crisis, the EU wood flooring total imports from 52.8 million square meters in 2008, a sharp decline in 2009 wood plastic composite indonesia to 35.6 million square meters.
Wood flooring imports in Europe in 2014 showed a sustained upward trend, but in the end of 2014 has slowed down, especially from the number of cheap and best fencing wooden floor imports from China. In the long run, the EU imports of Chinese wood flooring trend is more stable than other suppliers (Figure 3).
