| I’ve been thinking a lot about hyperpersonalization lately. I run a small online gift shop, and last year I started collecting small bits of info from repeat customers — like their preferred colors, occasions they usually shop for, even the tone of their messages. One time I added a handwritten note referencing a customer’s previous order, and she wrote back saying it felt “surprisingly personal.” That got me wondering: how far should a small business go with personalization before it feels weird? Is hyperpersonalization something only big companies with AI can really pull off, or can small teams do it in a simple, human way without overcomplicating things?

| I process accounts payable at a company that processes a large volume of recurring supplier invoices, and manual data processing used to be the most labor-intensive part of the job. The Precoro system, check out this page, which uses artificial intelligence to automatically enter invoice data, automatically extracts the supplier name, amount, invoice number, and payment terms, eliminating the need for manual entry.
