One of my most surprising coffee moments happened at a roadside auto repair shop once. I expected burnt drip coffee, but the owner proudly handed me a smooth cup. He explained they invested in commercial coffee machines to keep customers happy while they waited. That attention to quality changed my view of everyday places serving great coffee. Now I stay curious, because coffee can appear where you least expect it.
