A few months ago, I started experiencing some digestive issues. It's nothing super severe but enough to make me uncomfortable most days. This could have all kinds of benefits, including better hydration, improved energy, and even helping with digestive health. But here’s where things get a little tricky for me — I’m still struggling to understand the science behind it.
