What could it be about a friend,
that makes our heart feel warm?
With life's many ups and downs,
a friendship weathers any storm.
God gave us so many things,
that makes our life complete.
But having a friend like you,
is like having a special treat.
A special friend is very rare,
in that they're so hard to find.
So when you find that someone,
your lives become entwined.
There's nothing thats any better,
then knowing you have a friend.
So you can be your self,
and never have to pretend.
So let me count my blessings,
with you amongst the top.
I know our friendship grows,
and I know it'll never stop.
Watch your thoughts; they become your words.
Watch your words; they become your actions.
Watch your actions; they become your habits.
Watch your habits; they become your character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny |
