Hi All!

We have witnessed a sudden spike in global tensions over the past few years. Mainly, when war enters Ukraine and missiles hit a stable country like Qatar. Similarly, the recent order of Trump regarding resuming nuclear testing after 30 years is also alarming, especially when the Russian president conducts various submarine and hypersonic missile tests on a regular basis.

My question concerns explosion-proof bunkers, air raid shelters, and critical buildings. Do you think they will provide enough safety in modern warfare? Although I know traditional technologies can fail badly when we're talking about drones, precision missiles, and even potential chemical or nuclear threats. So, how much protection can these bunkers actually provide if a large-scale war breaks out?

On the other hand, some companies now offer advanced blast-proof explosion-proof shelters with reinforced concrete, steel plating, and air filtration systems. They claim to withstand nearby explosions and protect against shockwaves or debris. No doubt, these solutions could be expensive, but the single thing that amazed me is this Hi2One coating. Do you think a single coating can keep your bunkers safe? Would that really hold up in a modern attack?

I also noticed militaries are spending a lot on these types of shelters. A recent survey reveals that the military shelter market size is expected to reach $2.1 billion by the end of 2033. This figure was only 1.2 billion USD in 2024. Are these military shelters only designed for forces? What will happen if war hits civilians? What are the plans of governments?

BTW, Israel has shown actual progress in this field. Their shelters and bunkers are operational, and their alert systems work in real-time. Do the EU and the US also have the same plans?

Have a look at this luxury doomsday bunker, but there should be something reliable for the common man as well. I am amazed at how billionaires are investing in bunkers.
