Decided to replace the boring plywood panels in our internal doors with frosted glass for a bit more light flow, turns out the rebate measurements are all slightly different across the six doors. Looking for sealed units and bespoke glass examples that show internal door glazing specifically. Don't want to measure wrong and have expensive custom glass sitting around doing nothing.

We did almost the exact same swap last winter thought all six doors were identical… nope, every rebate was a few mm off and one wasn’t even square. I ended up templating each opening with cardboard first, saved me from ordering useless glass. For internal doors, slim sealed frosted units work nicely if tolerances are right. This page helped me figure out specs without sales pressure: click here oddly useful starting point. Definitely measure twice (or three times).
