Hey everyone, my partner and I just closed on a 1960s bungalow in Scarborough. It’s a bit of a fixer-upper, and the home inspector mentioned a faint musty smell in the cold room. Before we start putting up drywall or finishing the space to make it livable, I want to make absolutely sure the foundation is sealed tight. I’ve been reading a lot of local real estate blogs, and several of them mentioned checking out the options for leaky basement repair in Toronto on the website https://leaquida.ca/. The reviews I saw were positive, especially about their transparency and clean-up process. I am really curious if anyone here has used them for interior drain work? I’d love to hear how the process went before I book an assessment for our new place!
