Hello everyone, I really want to visit friends I haven't seen in over a year. I need a taxi from Bangkok to Phuket, but I'm worried because it's a long way. Do you have any experience with taxis that are willing to take a booking for such a long distance without charging an exorbitant price?

Hi, I agree, 800+ kilometers is really not an easy journey. You could, of course, fly, but I suspect you have a fear of flying and every flight is agonizingly difficult for you, am I right? I recently read on another forum that a guy ordered a taxi from Bangkok to Phuket through GetTransfer because he didn't want to take the ferry; he has a panic fear of depths. He covered the distance in 7 hours on a good road with a pleasant driver. By the way, he said that you can choose the car you want to travel in, which is really convenient in my opinion.
