Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is a popular survival horror game developed by Scott Cawthon. As a prequel to Five Nights at Freddy’s, this installment expands the story and introduces new gameplay elements that make the experience even more intense and unpredictable.
In the fnaf 2 game, players take on the role of a night guard working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, a place designed for children’s entertainment. Despite its bright appearance, the restaurant becomes dangerous after dark. The animatronics—robotic characters meant to entertain—start moving on their own, and not in a friendly way.
Unlike the first game, players no longer have security doors to protect themselves. Instead, they must rely on quick thinking and limited tools. One of the main mechanics is the Freddy Fazbear mask, which can trick certain animatronics into leaving you alone. Another important feature is the flashlight, used to check dark hallways and keep enemies at bay. Players must also constantly wind up a music box to prevent the Puppet, one of the most dangerous characters, from attacking.
