From my experience, the answer is Yes.
It kinda awkward because you aren’t the actor which is (POV), you need to try it out at least a few times.
My suggestion is 3d 180 and SBS
Things will throw you off usually bad quality (4k, 4k in VR feel like 360p, 6k will look like 720p) Because of this you need to have good internet to download it or watch it online
Size of each scene usually from 2gb to 7 or 8gb
If you want to try it out use a decent one like plastic, ss gear, should buy a Rift if you want to spend money and decent PC or Oculus Quest, don’t buy cardboard. Remember if you want to watch good porn, it require good video quality
