I'm at my wit's end with Swift Funds Financial. They called me saying I owe money on an old account, but I have the receipt showing I paid it off two years ago. When I told them that, the guy got loud and said they would take legal action if I didn't pay today. I asked him to send me something in writing and he hung up on me. Then the calls started again the next morning. I've never dealt with a company this aggressive before. I came across this page while searching for answers and it looks like I'm not the only one. Has anyone here actually gotten these people off their back? What worked for you?
